September Workshop: Jewelry Techniques - Shapes, Symbolism, Filigree, and Granulation

Join me in this five-day workshop, where you'll delve into the art of working with silver, crafting a cohesive, small body of work that conveys a harmonious composition while staying true to your authentic style. You'll have the opportunity to incorporate your own personal objects, gems, and stones, infusing your creations with your authenticity.
Techniques covered in the workshop include mastering the manipulation of negative and positive space to create compelling expressions, exploring the intricate art of granulation and its placement, layering techniques using filigree, small gauge wire, and other materials, as well as crafting unique shapes with the aid of templates and constructing small hollow forms.

Susan's studio is 15 minutes from the Cleveland airport.
- Please get an airbnb anywhere in Lakewood rather than Cleveland.
- The Hilton Hotel is a 10 minute uber drive to the studio.
Please bring your hand tools, objects, stones and supply list (to be announced).
- Please arrive 30 minutes early on the first day. Coffee & snacks will be provided.
- when you arrive please text Susan and we will meet you to bring you up to my studio. Note: There is an elevator if you need it.
- Organic lunches will be provided each day.
- Saturday night group dinner - please plan to bring $50.00 if you would like to join the group for dinner Saturday night in the historical and interesting area of Cleveland called Allycat in the Flats. Click here for more information >>

Using a highly intuitive approach they help you to see not just how amazing you can be, but how extraordinary you already are. Facilitating you through processes of mind, body, heart and spirit they help you cast aside what no longer serves you and usher in what will allow you to move forward.
13 years ago, they began their own path, exploring SHAMAN culture in a variety of places including an immersive Amazon experience in Ecuador for healing, growing and self realization. I have been their student/apprentice over the last year and their wisdom has brought profound positive realizations and changes in my life. My words can not describe, but I try.
My work with you is to prepare you for this life changing event over 3 days and 2 evenings including preliminary work for you to dig into your intentions, let go of old paradigms, setting new dreams into place to move forward. During the day and in a relaxed manner, you will do some beautiful tantric dance, journal, a little meditation and more to help shake off all of the old and prepare to bring in the new.
